At ProSearch Recruiting Group, we partner with innovative companies to find the people who drive results. One of our manufacturing clients is looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join their operations team and lead shipping and transportation efforts with precision, efficiency, and leadership.
As the Logistics Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all logistics functions—ensuring smooth shipping of finished products, improving material flow, reducing transportation costs, and helping the team exceed customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • College diploma in Logistics Technology, Transportation Management, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of logistics experience in a manufacturing environment using an ERP system.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
  • Results-driven mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.
  • Knowledge of international transport regulations is a plus.
    Compensation: $70k - $90k per year plus full benefit package
Responsibilities
  • Oversee all transportation of raw materials and finished goods to meet customer demands efficiently.
  • Train and develop logistics team members on best practices and company policies.
  • Reconcile shipping documentation and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with packaging and assembly departments to ensure timely shipments.
  • Communicate proactively with Customer Service and Sales on any shipping issues.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and shipping partners.
  • Develop carrier relationships to improve service and reduce costs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and reduce the company’s environmental footprint.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and internal quality systems.
  • Lead team performance evaluations and uphold KPIs.
