Key Responsibilities: - Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers - Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise - Manage and optimize warehouse inventory levels to meet customer demand - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers - Oversee the performance of logistics coordinators and drivers, providing guidance and support as needed - Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations - Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs - Prepare and analyze reports on logistics operations and provide recommendations for improvement
