Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Manage and optimize warehouse inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers
• Oversee the performance of logistics coordinators and drivers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and analyze reports on logistics operations and provide recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure smooth and timely delivery of goods
• Stay current with industry trends and developments to make informed decisions and maintain a competitive edge
