Position Overview:

As a Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our logistics department. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients' goods are delivered on time and in good condition. You will work closely with our team of logistics coordinators and drivers to coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses and from warehouses to customers
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise
• Manage and optimize warehouse inventory levels to meet customer demand
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and customers
• Oversee the performance of logistics coordinators and drivers, providing guidance and support as needed
• Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations
• Identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and analyze reports on logistics operations and provide recommendations for improvement
