Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Taj HR. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating logistics operations to ensure the efficient movement and storage of products. This position requires strong organizational skills, leadership capabilities, and a hands-on approach. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily logistics operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery. Oversee inventory management, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of goods. Train, motivate, and manage logistics staff, fostering a productive work environment. Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and prepare regular reports for management. Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and sales, to ensure streamlined operations. Identify areas for process improvement within the logistics function. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all logistics activities. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations. Experience in Kitchen and Closets industry is a must . Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong knowledge of logistics processes, inventory control, and transportation management. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Proficient in logistics management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
