OVERVIEW

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced logistics supervisor in to our dynamic team. This role is crucial in managing the import process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and facilitating smooth operations within our warehouse distribution environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a comprehensive understanding of import logistics and warehouse management systems.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3~5 years experience in Freight forwarding industry.
  • Proven experience in ocean import coordination or a similar role within a warehouse distribution environment.
  • Familiarity with CBSA ACI, E-manifest management systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CBSA sufferance warehouse release systems .
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics and order fulfillment processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the importation of goods, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with customs regulations.
  • Coordinate with importers, freight forwarders, steamship line and customs brokers to facilitate timely deliveries.
  • Perform order picking, load unloading, and ensure proper handling of packages within the warehouse.
  • Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accuracy in stock levels.
  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure seamless integration of imported goods into online platforms.
  • Apply basic math skills for inventory management and reporting purposes.
