The Primary role of the Logistics Supervisor within the company is to manage the day-to-day warehouse and logistic activities of the ZOLL business including the arrangement of goods dispatch and goods received, monitoring the inventory level, ensure warehouse is well utilized and maintained. Essential Functions Responsible for daily warehouse and administration operations. Ensure warehouse areas are well utilized and maintained Ensure all inventory records are updated. Keeping & maintaining a record of all the inbound /outbound material on daily basis. Receive and inspect all incoming inventory. Ensure proper packing for the dispatch. Inventory management. Receive, store, tag and track inward material. Perform inventory count on regular basis. Improve and drive warehouse activities Prepare purchase order for inventory purchases. Monitoring the inventory level and raise purchase order when needed. Coordination with the OPD and Account Department. Ensure all shipping documents for all inbound/outbound are properly prepared and received. Maintenance of cleanliness at warehouse. Preparing delivery order and sales invoices Well versed with computer applications. Perform ad-hoc duties assigned. Required/Preferred Education and Experience GCE ‘O’ level/’A’ Level/Diploma/Tertiary education or equivalent. required 8-10 years working experience in warehouse and logistic environment. required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Detail-oriented, hardworking and independent Strong ethics & professional integrity required.
