About the Role

Euro Systems is looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager with strong UAE experience in Aluminium & Façade and/or Structural Steel procurement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end procurement activities for projects, ensuring the timely availability of materials, competitive pricing, supplier quality, and adherence to project schedules and budgets.

The ideal candidate should have an established UAE supplier network, strong negotiation skills and in-depth knowledge of materials used in aluminium, façade and structural steel projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Procurement

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company, project and commercial objectives.
• Plan procurement requirements based on project schedules, material specifications and production requirements.
• Lead the complete procurement cycle from RFQ through supplier selection, negotiation, purchase order and delivery.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement and improved supplier performance.

Supplier & Vendor Management

• Source, evaluate and develop reliable local and international supplier
