DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

This role helps to support the company’s sales and revenue objectives by delivering reliable and cost-efficient supply chain operations through-out the cluster.
The role works collaboratively with Central Supply Chain Functions and Market organization on all supply related topics including Logistics, Stock Management, Master Data.
The role is responsible for maintaining effective 3PL relationships and ensure cost effective Service Level target.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering or a related field.
  • Typically 4 – 5 years experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, 3PL-Management, preferably from the Consumer Self-Care or FMCG industry
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory
  • Knowledge of Greek would be advantageous
  • Strong Analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong Leadership and People management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software, such as Microsoft Office, ERP, SAP IBP
  • Communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities

Responsibilities
  • Being part of mini Cluster SC leadership team in charge of SC Operations activities including:
  • Product/Customer Master Data (phase in / out);
  • Stock availability (allocation) and Inventory alignment in Perrigo system3PL;
  • Periodic Stock count;
  • 3PL management including costs (warehousing + freights)
  • Co-packing activities
  • Cost saving initiatives
  • External reporting requirements to support SC operations (GS1 data pools, recycling systems, intrastat, etc.)
  • Lead SC&Ops team and ensure standardization of processes across all the markets
  • Define monthly/weekly/daily SC routines like for example:
  • Weekly OOS projection and root cause shared with the commercial organization
  • Weekly control of batch received and not released yet
  • Monthly 3PL cost controlling accordingly to the SLA with focus on storage, handling, transport, co-packing, etc.
  • Implementation of best practices built by CoE across all the markets
  • Responsible for Opex Distribution Costs & Freight-out Costs– preparing budget and assumptions + monthly actual costs tracking and FY projection
  • Being the primary contact person into the mini Cluster for Stock Projection, Stock Availability, OOS issues
