Job Description Monitors inbound deliveries using carrier provided tracking tools, identify delayed shipments within transit process, and escalate to logistics/planning stakeholders for further action. Monitors outbound deliveries to export customers using carrier provided tracking tools, to provide value added services including pre-alert notification and where shipments deviate from plan. Monitors outbound deliveries to domestic AU and NZ customers using carrier provided tracking tools. Identify delivery exceptions and follow pre-determined resolution matrix to pre-emptively inform and resolve customer facing delivery impacts. Source data and update weekly AU and NZ WHS backlog and domestic transit time information and share with PT stakeholders across the business. Assist logistics/planning stakeholders with resolution of WHS delivery quality topics (e.g. incorrect supply, damage, faulty related documentation to ensure correct systematic handling and outcome. Monitors quality blocked inventory that is beyond target aging (e.g. >6 months) and escalate to logistics/marketing stakeholders for resolution actions. Support with co-ordination of rework activities between logistics and technical stakeholders or 3P providers (e.g. local TEF modifications, re-labelling activities). Support with identification of gaps and facilitate updating of missing dimensional and volumetric UoM information to enhance quality of system material masterdata and dependant processes.
