We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Logistics Support Officer to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Applicants must be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Defence Security Clearance and employment may be contingent on the provision of further personal information including citizenship to ensure compliance with international export control legislation and regulations.

Requirements

  • Coordinating the issue and management of facility access passes and permissions.
  • Maintaining and overseeing access control lists for staff, contractors, and visitors.
  • Managing and pre-approving visitor access in compliance with Security and Export/Import (EXIM) regulations.
  • Delivering site induction training (Security, EHS, Emergency Procedures).
  • Monitoring and maintaining temperature-controlled storage areas to ensure product integrity.
  • Performing and recording weekly temperature checks.
  • Raising and tracking purchase requisitions for inventory supporting LMA maintenance and supply activities.
  • Providing operational and administrative support across the project team, adhering to established procedures and guidelin
