The Logistics Support Specialist will assist the Logistics Coordinators with booking domestic inbound freight. The right candidate will be interested in the fast-paced world of logistics and global supply chain with a keen interest in moving up in the company’s Logistics department. The Logistics Support Specialist is responsible for entering data into the company’s TMS, taking direction from senior logistics team members, and following direction as needed. Qualifications Responsibilities Include: Communicate with carriers Book loads Schedule deliveries Enter and manage data in the Interco TMS, ensuring accuracy and completeness Monitor and follow up on orders, track progress and update files as needed Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment Perform other related duties as assigned, supporting the broader logistics team Qualifications: Previous experience in logistics is a plus Proficient in relevant software and tools (MS Office) with a willingness to learn new systems as needed Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field or equivalent experience is preferred Additional Information Compensation: $50,000-$60,000 Annual Salary commensurate with skillset and experience 100% Company-paid Medical, Dental, Vision 100% Company-paid Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability Company paid $25K life insurance policy Accelerated paid Vacation time Paid vacation Christmas Eve through – New Year’s Day for all employees 401(k) with generous company match after one year Salary plus annual performance review and bonus As a matter of company policy, Interco does not sponsor employment visas or hire from out of the USA nor does the company sponsor candidates who do not currently reside within the USA without an existing H-1B visa.
