JOB SUMMARY:

We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Asset Coordinator to support project planning, fleet and asset management, and operational logistics across multiple public health programs. This position plays a key role in coordinating vehicle maintenance, supporting mobile clinic operations, assisting with inventory and procurement, and implementing system improvements.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience in inventory or asset management, administrative support, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to drive or learn to drive oversized vehicles (non-commercial license).
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License or ability to obtain by start date.
  • Must meet public health immunization requirements within 1 month of hire (MMR, Tdap, Varicella, Flu, etc.).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing shared equipment across multiple programs.
  • Experience creating SOPs and delivering training (in-person and virtual).
  • Knowledge of vehicle maintenance, RVs, or mobile health units.
  • Familiarity with logistics platforms such as OnBase, Waystar, ASIIS, and ACHHHS.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement logistics and asset-related projects under supervision.
  • Manage and maintain vehicle logs, service records, inspections, and fuel usage data.
  • Coordinate routine and preventive maintenance for fleet and mobile health units.
  • Assist with inventory management, warehouse audits, and asset tagging.
  • Support implementation of new asset management systems.
  • Maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and databases for vehicle and supply tracking.
  • Assist with purchasing supplies and equipment through OnBase and other systems.
  • Drive oversized vehicles and support mobile event setup as needed (training provided).
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners for repairs and logistics planning.
  • Support AED program inspections, replacements, and inventory tracking.
  • Participate in event logistics and utilize systems like Waystar, ASIIS, and ACHHHS.
