Then WELEDA has your next challenge!For WELEDA Benelux (Zoetermeer) we are looking for a:Logistics SupportYour challengeAs Logistics Support, you are a key link within our logistics organization. You support daily operations and are responsible for coordinating and optimizing various logistics processes. You ensure that inventory is reliable, incoming goods are processed efficiently, and logistical changes are successfully implemented.You are the connecting factor between Logistics, Production, Co-packing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain. You identify bottlenecks, take initiative to improve processes, and actively contribute to the further professionalization of our logistics organization.Additionally, you serve as the permanent backup for our Co-packing Coordinator. To stay closely connected to the operation, you work at least one fixed day per week within Co-packing and are capable of independently taking over these duties in the Coordinator's absence.What are you going to do?Responsible for Stock Control & Management, including monitoring stock quality and analyzing and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Organizing, preparing, and conducting quarterly and cycle counts together with the logistics team.
• Coordinating the receipt and administrative processing of incoming goods, particularly from Germany and Switzerland.
• PCM Logistics Lead: implementing product and packaging changes within the logistics operation.
• Responsible for the returns process and the administrative handling thereof.
• Handling logistics customer complaints and claims against transport partners.
• Act as a backup to the Co-packing Coordinator and be actively involved in the Co-packing operation for at least one day per week.
• Providing support for logistics projects, process improvements, and implementations.
• Preparing reports and analyzing logistics data to support the operation.
• Collaborate closely with Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and external logistics partners.
• Job requirementsWhat are you bringing?MBO+ working and thinking level, preferably in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Several years of relevant work experience within a logistics environment.
• Experience with inventory management and logistical administrative processes.
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages.
• Experience with ERP and WMS systems; knowledge of Business Central is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• You work accurately, are analytical, and have an eye for detail.
• You are proactive, independent, and take responsibility.
• You possess good communication skills and enjoy collaborating with various departments.
