JOB SUMMARY

The Logistics Systems Analyst I provide support to the WMS and automation systems in Belimo Americas Warehouses.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Associate Degree preferred
  • WMS background preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years Logistics / Automation / Manufacturing Experience
  • Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate/ communicate effectively with vendors and internal customers.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Second language is a plus
    The base pay for this position is $27-$30 hourly with a target performance bonus of 7% of an employee’s annual base salary. The base hourly rate includes a $2.00 per hour differential for second shift. This differential is provided in acknowledgement of the second shift schedule and will remain in effect as long as you work this shift. Compensation is based on several factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. Responsibilities
  • Monitor logistics systems as required for daily operations.
  • Execute Logistics systems clean up procedures as defined.
  • Proactively identify and communicate system-processing delays to internal customers.
  • Monitor, and resolve errors related to Error station.
  • Support daily capacity management on logistics systems.
  • First level support for internal logistics systems related issues.
  • Collaborate with maintenance department, IT and vendors to identify and resolve system

issues promptly.

  • Data collection related to logistics systems. (Ex: Errors, Downtime)
  • Support Analyst II / Systems Manager in relation to root cause analysis of system

issues. (Daily operational issues)

  • Update and maintain monthly Logistics system health report.
  • Back up Logistics Systems Analyst 1 (day shift.)
  • Saturday rotation (When needed)
