Responsibilities: - System Architecture and Data Architects and drives the Transportation Management System implementation by working with internal and external teams to build core databases, establish and document processes, and provide rigorous testing, feedback, and adjustments. - Customer & Business Needs Analysis Leads complex stakeholder research and engagement across multiple functional areas to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities. Uses these findings to integrate them into the logistics tool development and process roll out. - Product/Service/Solution Definition Defines goals, success metrics, and prioritization for features and solutions within the logistics systems. Aligns core system functionality and deliverables with organizational strategy, manages risks, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to design integrated technical architectures. - Product/Service/Solution Development Drives roadmap execution and feature delivery for the logistics system implementation, ensuring quality and compliance. Coordinates across teams to manage dependencies, schedules, and implementation plans. - Performance Monitoring & Optimization Partners with stakeholders to collect and analyze system performance data. Uses insights to iterate and improve products/services, enhance supportability, and lead customer engagements for feedback and evangelism. - Engagement & Enablement Supports deployment efforts through enablement activities, pre-launch socialization/feedback meetings, and partnership with internal development to align technical solutions with internal customer needs. Required/minimum qualifications - Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Additional or preferred qualifications - Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience. - 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. - 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
