ABOUT THE ROLE

Luna Lux Limited is seeking a highly organised Sales & Logistics Support Associate to join our Dublin-based team. You will play a key role in supporting our logistics, sales, and design teams in Ireland and the US. This role involves preparing specifications and quotations, liaising with vendors and clients, and ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare specifications and sales quotations in collaboration with the US logistics team.
• Liaise with manufacturers, distributors, and clients across Ireland and Europe.
• Support design teams with research, technical documentation, and AV/lighting studies.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and project documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  Qualifications
