Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Logistics & Systems Analyst specializing in Technical, Operational, & SaaS Support. The day-to-day tasks include performing systems analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth integration of our software with client systems. The role also involves providing technical support, conducting business analysis, and applying analytical skills to enhance logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Build and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to support warehouse and transportation operations.
Support SaaS logistics platforms, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and user support.
Assist with system installations, upgrades, and implementations, particularly in Azure environments.
Document processes, solutions, and best practices clearly and thoroughly.
Train team members on new tools, systems, and processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize workflows and ensure smooth system adoption.
Travel up to 25% for site visits, training, and implementation support.
Qualifications
Systems Analysis and Information Technology skills
Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work remote with reliable internet and power connections
Experience with logistics systems such as TMS, WMS, or ERP platforms.
Above-average intelligence and strong analytical thinking.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and accountability.
Proven ability to follow through on tasks and projects from start to finish.
Excellent documentation and communication skills.
Willingness to learn from others and share knowledge through training and collaboration.
3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or transportation, with hands-on knowledge of warehousing and truckload operations.
Experience supporting SaaS platforms and working in Azure environments.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
