Overview of Role Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for managing Greater China operations, maintaining strategic partnership with logistics service providers. You will deliver insights through data analysis, operating cost reviews, and service lead-time evaluations, while also conducting negotiations with internal and external stakeholders. You will support the development and coordination of the 2-year operating plan for the logistics network and collaborate closely with teams such as Customer Service, Logistics, Purchasing, third-party logistics provider, and Legal Team to minimize risks. Core Responsibilities • Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Logistics team and rest of the organization • Lead, coach and develop the team in managing and resolving logistics activities • Work with your direct reports to set and review performance/development goals, discuss feedback regularly throughout the year, and formally summarize during performance reviews • Propose solution plans, lead the logistics projects, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Develop and drive actionable plans to maintain service through in-depth analysis for regional logistics operations and freight & duty costs • Establish quality control policies and KPI frameworks while building strong relationships with logistics service providers through contract management and performance oversight • Manage the operational activities to align with the regional logistics budget plan and take ownership of delivering results • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to make recommendations and adapt logistics strategies accordingly Required Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in regional logistics operations and team leadership • Fluent in both written & spoken English and Mandarin • Proven track record of successfully implementing contract management and overseeing performance Desired Qualifications • Experience with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) management and performance optimization • Innovative mindset with a focus on process improvement and efficiency • Strong understanding of logistics processes, contract management, and performance oversight. • Excellent negotiation and communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external service providers We Offer We’re committed to helping our people be themselves, be well, and grow.
