THE EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; AS/BS in a related field preferred
  • 2–4 years’ experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management
  • Proficient in SAP (Warehouse & Inventory Management), WMS, and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of logistics processes (inbound, inventory, outbound, transportation, returns), quality systems, and 3PL interfaces and data controls
  • Strong multitasking, organizational, and planning abilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and innovation mindset with adaptability and resilience
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills across multifunctional teams and organizational levels
  • Ability to prioritize under pressure, maintain objectivity, and meet deadlines with a solution-oriented approach

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for operational excellence and cross-functional teamwork? We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Team Lead to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency across our warehouse functions. In this role, you’ll coordinate with Operations, Facilities, Quality, and Engineering teams to meet production schedules while upholding the highest standards in safety, quality, and compliance.
You’ll supervise warehouse personnel during shift production, resolve on-the-floor challenges through sound decision-making, and ensure seamless escalation of issues to area managers and support teams. This role requires someone who’s highly organized, eager to share knowledge, and skilled across multiple areas of logistics operations.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enforce strict compliance with HSE and GMP standards; escalate safety or quality incidents promptly and support investigations, CAPA, and team communication
  • Ensure timely completion of BSOs, training (SOPs/OJTs), and maintain team readiness
  • Drive Right First-Time SAP documentation and escalate deviations in production, labor, or shift performance
  • Lead team supervision, escalating area constraints and underperformance, and coordinating support resources effectively
  • Monitor product damage, inefficiencies, and KPIs while promoting continuous improvement and waste reduction in collaboration with other teams
  • Ensure KPI targets and performance are clearly communicated and visual management is maintained
  • Support staff discipline and attendance tracking, drive team engagement, and encourage participation in employee recognition programs
  • Execute and sustain Lean/5S initiatives across the area
