Responsibilities Purpose: This role manages processes and teams associated with planning, directing, and monitoring all warehouse activities related to movement, storage, and inventory control of materials, finished goods, tools, and packaging. Key Missions Defines and monitors departmental KPIs in line with Global KPI and reports Oversees departmental audit schedule and integrity Furnishes departmental reports for outside stakeholders, such as schedules of goods in process, needs for future use, forecast estimates Analyzes warehouse stock to review for slow moving or obsolete materials and manage the scrap including secure materials Defines training requirements for Warehouse team and monitor training progress utilizing skills matrix to ensure team flexibility Oversee Warehouse equipment and ensure safe use Maintains relationships with major shipping, consumables, and facility vendors ensuring high levels of service and minimal cost Manages the implementation of best practice tools and techniques such as Management Inventory Tools, Kaizen, ISO 91, 5S, department policies, specifications and requirements Oversees conformance to all Security Standards and Operational Systems including PCI, SOC I and customer requirements Assists in external reviews Manages Warehouse Team including annual performance review, departmental staffing, employee discipline and morale Qualifications Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED 2-6+ years experience & prior warehouse leadership responsibilites preferred Technical Skills Warehouse & Inventory Logistics and Import/Export Machine Operations & Material Handling Health & Safety rules Key Soft Skills & Behavior Problem Solving Teamwork Customer Service Multitasking Organizational Skills
