Avia Technique is a leading aviation safety specialist based in Wokingham. We’re growing fast and looking for a hands-on Logistics Team Leader to join our busy and friendly team.

As Logistics Team Leader, you’ll support and guide a team of logistics operatives across three key areas:

• Goods In – Receive and inspect items from customers, suppliers, and global partners.
• Dispatch – Final quality checks before items are returned to customers.
• Stores – Manage inventory to support local operations and global sales.

You’ll report to the Logistics Senior Team Leader and play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe logistics operations.
This is a mid shift role, working 11:00-19:30, Monday to Friday. A 7.5% shift allowance is included on top of your base salary.
