The Support Technician II will provide daily logistical support, The role requires the applicant to understand and master the daily logistics tasks which make up the logistics role. The logistics tech role interacts and supports all other roles
Bundle assets and consumables for shipment to end users for requests.
Processing/shipping Hardware Reclaims to end users for requests.
Learn and become proficient with UPS WorldShip Application to ship assets, return cartons, and send ERLs (electronic return labels) to users outside of the normal Service Now ticketing system.
Learn and become proficient in Service Now request system to be able to create requests, document updates, complete tasks, monitor requests for user updates and respond with required information in a timely efficient manner.
Processing returned assets and other items from end users, Help Lounges and projects.
Preparing obsolete equipment for disposal and coordinate salvage shipments (ITAD).
Inventory logistics supplies weekly to ensure proper stock of boxes and packing materials, escalate ordering needs to TechHub team lead for ordering.
Check logistics equipment weekly for proper operation to ensure safety, escalate concerns for repair or replacement to TechHub team lead.
