Description Logistics Facilities Technician (Box Builder / Forklift) Pay: $20.44/hour (includes 6% night shift differential) Shifts Available: 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM Location: Denver, Colorado Job Type: Full-Time What This Job Is Really About If you like staying active, working with your hands, and keeping things moving, this is your kind of role. Your main focus will be building boxes from pallets, running a forklift, and keeping the production area clean and supplied. You’ll also help support operations by handling trash, recycling, and making sure lines stay stocked and running. No advanced maintenance experience needed—we’re looking for someone reliable, hardworking, and ready to jump in. What You’ll Be Doing Build boxes from pallets using tools Use a forklift to move materials, pallets, and boxes Keep production lines stocked with boxes Handle trash and recycling throughout the shift Support the floor with material movement and cleanup Perform basic troubleshooting or report issues when something isn’t right Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized What Your Day May Look Like Start your shift by checking what the lines need for the night Gather pallets and start building boxes Use a forklift to move materials where they’re needed Keep a steady supply of boxes ready for production Make trash and recycling runs to keep the area clear Jump in to help wherever needed to keep things moving Wrap up your shift by cleaning your area and setting up for the next team Requirements What You Bring Ability to work with your hands and use basic tools Comfortable learning or operating a forklift Basic math and measuring skills Strong work ethic—you show up and get the job done Ability to lift, move, and stay on your feet throughout the shift Team player mindset Why This Role Is Worth It Steady full-time hours Consistent schedule Active, hands-on work (no sitting all day) Great entry into maintenance/logistics environment Opportunity to grow into more technical roles
