Description Maintenance Technician Sr/Lead – 2nd Shift Denver, CO Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:30 PM $19.29–$27.05/hr. + Shift Differential (up to $28.63/hr. depending on skills and experience) At MMS, we’re looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading a team, and keeping equipment running safely and efficiently. If you’re hands-on, dependable, and ready to take ownership on the floor, this could be a great fit for you. What You’ll Do Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and facility equipment Perform crane inspections and preventive maintenance Train team members on repairs and PM procedures Manage parts inventory and materials ordering Use CMMS/ eMaint systems to track maintenance activity and work orders Work directly with customers and support facility operations Help complete maintenance projects from start to finish Ensure safety standards are followed at all times A Day in the Life You’ll start your shift by reviewing maintenance priorities and checking in with the team. Throughout the night, you may troubleshoot equipment issues, complete repairs, inspect cranes, support preventive maintenance tasks, or help train technicians. Some shifts are focused on planned maintenance, while others require quick thinking to keep production moving. You’ll spend most of your time on the floor leading by example, solving problems, and helping the team succeed.
