POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Logistics Tracking Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring freight shipments are executed accurately and efficiently according to our customers’ requirements. This role involves a mix of administrative support, shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and customer communication. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in transportation and logistics is an asset but not required.
  • Strong typing and data entry skills with exceptional accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated.
