"Work as a key member of the GSC COE Logistics team. The Program Manager will be responsible to lead and execute the Logistics Programs and Tasks, in alignment with the global logistics strategy and priorities. The programs will have different scope with different geografical impact (regional, cross-regional and global), and will be related to the main Logistics strategic areas of interest. Collaborate with other teams such as GPO, PMO, business/region teams, CoE, Finance organization. Centre of Excellence journey - will work with the Functional manager to implement key actions for the Centre of Excellence journey for the Logistics team. The position will require working in a cross functional team, strong functional Knowledge of Logistics Operations, Program Management and Analytical skills will be required." "* Lead and execute Logistics projects, in alignment with Logistics strategy, coordinating cross-funtional teams. Work closely with Corp logistics team on driving Global/Regional initiatives and KPI's. Daily monitoring of projects and programs in the hopper for variability and effective deployment Support new business and program launches all COE and respective stakeholders Drives alignment with divisions and corporate Logistics regarding projects, processes, and initiatives Collaborating with teams to drive process effectiveness and close gaps on KPI's Support the foresight transitions from site to COE, collaboration with Corp, regional and business team on execution Identify and implement opportunities for processes and performance improvement Drive consistency and best-practice deployment across the function. Establish and be a part of regular cadence on improvement needed to key KPI's Build Strong relationships across cross functional teams to drive performance and create a culture Achieve logistics cost out for site and build pipeline for upcoming years. Coordination with IT, COE team and identify continuos improvement, automation opportunities and gain productivity improvements. Partner with business and regional logistics teams to drive operational data analytics, reporting and compliance Effectively manage the international transportation and logistics activities for compliance, streamlining existing processes and procedures, and improving total cycle time Support the effort to build organization capabilities within the function; focusing on both leadership as well as functional competency development through close monitoring and mentoring" Degree in Business management, Supply Chain, Transportation and Logistics 12 years TMS, ERP, Logistics tools Excellent communication skills, Promotes and Champions Change, Team work in a complex, Multi-cultural environment, International experience, Customer centric, Problem solving,
