What you'll do

• Define logistics strategy, target operating model and transformation roadmap
• Lead ERP logistics/inventory, WMS, TMS and freight-management implementations end-to-end
• Design warehouse automation, transportation network and 3PL/4PL strategies
• Own logistics data, integration and control-tower/analytics capability
• Drive change management, capability building and stakeholder adoption
• Manage program delivery, vendors, risk and benefits realization

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations or related (Master's/MBA a plus)
• 12–15+ years in logistics/warehousing/transportation/distribution, with major transformation leadership in FMCG
• Hands-on ERP + WMS/TMS/freight-system implementation experience (design → stabilization)
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM/Manhattan/Blue Yonder/Körber, SAP TM/Oracle OTM/MercuryGate or equivalents
• CSCP/CLTD, CILT, Lean Six Sigma or PMP a plus
