Job Description The Logistics & Transport Manager is an integral member of our Global Logistics & Transport Team, supporting all KVI entities and Business Units (BUs) with transportation and logistics inquiries. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient logistics operations, managing transportation partners, and coordinating cross-functional teams to meet the needs of various projects, both in the tendering and execution phases. Main responsibilities are: Lead Logistics Operations – Manage daily transport and logistics for projects, including strategy, RFQs, planning, and execution Vendor & Cost Management – Select, negotiate, and coordinate with logistics partners for efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with project teams, engineering, and customs compliance to meet transport and logistics requirements Process & Compliance Oversight – Resolve customs issues, improve logistics processes, and ensure supply chain efficiency and legal compliance Strategic & Budgeting Support – Provide logistics insights, support project budgeting, and contribute to dispute resolution and claim management Qualifications Experience in the execution of transports, preferably in EPC projects, or similar sectors Working experience in international logistics and managing supply chains across multiple regions (e.g., Asia, Europe, and the Americas) or as a Freight Forwarder.
