THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role coordinating the day-to-day operations of our delivery service. You’ll be responsible for ensuring our fleet and drivers operate efficiently and to the highest standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and support a team of 3–5 drivers and second men
• Oversee and maintain a fleet of 4–5 Sprinter and Luton vans
• Plan efficient delivery routes to maximise productivity
• Manage staffing and scheduling to meet operational needs
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
• Carry out other logistics-related administrative tasks
• (Optional) Additional driving duties to make the role full-time
