Transport Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone to join our team at our Düsseldorf location as soon as possible.

YOUR TASKS:

• Monitoring the daily shipment status and ensuring the accuracy of information in our systems
• Answering customer inquiries via email while maintaining high customer satisfaction and clear communication.
• Collaboration with the product manager to understand new connections, customer needs, and EDI/IT transfers.
• Continuous learning about the logistics industry and its processes, and the introduction of innovative solutions.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Successful completion of a degree in logistics, business administration, engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive, unconventional way of thinking.
• A sound understanding of the logistics industry, especially logistics as a service.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to hold one's own in a dynamic startup environment.
• Good written and spoken German or English skills; Spanish is an advantage.
• Knowledge of transport management systems (TMS) is an advantage.
