REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–10 years of experience in distribution/logistics management.
  • Demonstrated leadership and strong communication skills.
  • Large-scale transport solutions experience (nationwide preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety and transport compliance legislation.
  • Experience managing third-party logistics contracts.
  • Degree or qualification in Transport, Business, or related field.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work weekends and be on-call.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily warehouse activities aligned with business KPIs and targets.
  • Lead and support warehouse team leaders and staff.
  • Maintain strict adherence to Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Ensure efficient stock management, conduct weekly stock counts, and report findings.
  • Monitor and improve warehouse performance metrics (e.g. kg picked per hour, delivery accuracy, cost per kg).
  • Implement employee engagement and development practices in collaboration with HR.
  • Keep operational records up to date, including fridge temperature logs and SFPA compliance.
