Job Description Job Summary Act as the primary contact between plants and internal/external transportation service providers & GS. Monitor and evaluate service provider performance against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics service quality and operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities LSP performance management, KPI monitor, e.g. OTD, transportation damage GS/OSD measure tracking, performance evaluation Tender / contract prolongation support(volume/route design/ quality release) Domestic milk-run daily management Domestic design, e.g. route management, utilization rate increase Transportation cost control, PO management Transportation quality management, push for improvement of repeat cases Qualifications Bachelor or above (preferred major is logistics engineering or industrial) Fluent English skills both in spoken and written Strong communication and problem solving skills, e.g. PSS, 8D Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience 2–5 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or vendor management.
