Job Description

• Supporting operational function for domestic transportation activity.
• Monitoring and following up on delivery status from Warehouse Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, and Makassar to all Indonesia area using “Shipment Tracking Dashboard”.
• Monitoring & following up on POD Return (Proof of Delivery) using “Shipment Tracking Dashboard”
• Establishing a proper communication with business units & Logistics Service Provider (LSP) related to daily operation
• Supporting administration process related to transportation activity (customer complaint, urgent delivery, PPFTZ documents return, pick up request, transfer stock, and claim letter).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Final year students pursuing a diploma/bachelor’s degree, preferably from Management Transport/Logistics/Management/Industrial Engineering.
• Have a good knowledge in logistics and transport.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.
• Good communication skills, people person, and a team player.
• Keen to learn and proactive.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel locally within Jabodetabek area.
