JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & warehouse specialist to join our growing logistics team for Scarborough locations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in logistics or supply chain management who is also interested in contributing to business development through customer outreach and sales initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
• Mandarin required.

• Assist the Logistics Manager in daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating shipments.
• Track and monitor deliveries to ensure on-time performance and quickly resolve issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping schedules, inventory levels, and reports.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research to target potential clients in need of logistics services.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored logistics solutions; follow up on sales leads.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality.
