We are looking for a responsible , organized and proactive operations executive to join our freight forwarding and logistics team in Dubai

The candidate will be responsible for handling day to day operational activities, documentation, reporting and cordination with shipping lines, customers and internal departments.

key responsibilities

passing and submitting shipping/ customs documents online accurately on time

preparing and maintaining dailly MIS reports and operational reports.

cordinating with shipping companies, customers, transporters & other service providers.

following up on shipments and ensuring smooth completion of faily operations.

maintaining complete and accurate records of all operational activities.

providing complete daily reporting to management
