JOB DESCRIPTION

• Warehouse Operations Oversight: Supervise, lead and support day-to-day warehouse activities, including team performance and productivity to ensure efficient workflows
• End-to-End Logistics Coordination: Manage all warehousing and distribution functions, including inventory control, WMS, inbound and outbound logistics, delivery scheduling and execution
• Team Management and Development: Provide necessary training and development to warehouse personnel’s to uphold service quality and operational standards
• Compliance and Standards: Ensure all warehouse operations comply with EHS, ISO Quality and Security protocols and policies

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• At least a diploma / degree in Supply Chain and Logistics and any field
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the High-Tech / Logistics / 3PL / Supply Chain industry
• Experience and proficiency in requirements management, project management and solution definition
• Solid organization and multi-tasking skills and good at providing business solutions
