As a Distribution Clerk-Wave Planner, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimizing our operations, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment. Weekend Day Shift: Friday-Sunday 5:30AM-5:30PM Responsibilities: * Create and manage wave plans in Blue Yonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) to ensure optimal order picking and shipping efficiency. * Monitor and prioritize orders based on customer requirements, inventory levels, and shipping schedules. * Collaborate with warehouse supervisors, inventory control, and shipping teams to ensure smooth execution of wave plans. * Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to wave planning and order fulfillment, identifying areas for improvement. * Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to wave planning, order picking, and shipping. * Maintain and update WMS configurations and settings to support efficient wave planning processes. * Scan and upload all shipping documents in TMS from the previous day. * Check-in all incoming drivers in Blue Yonder to confirm load details are accurate. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations. * Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Blue Yonder. * Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics best practices. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI preferred. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. * Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
