Push your boundaries as a Logistics Administrative Assistant We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Logistics Administrative Assistant. With your strong organizational skills, you’ll ensure that all administrative tasks related to our incoming and outgoing container flows are handled flawlessly. You’ll work closely with a team of friendly colleagues. In this role, you’ll act as the key link between forwarders, shipping lines, and internal departments. You maintain oversight, take a solution-oriented approach, and always go the extra mile to deliver excellent service to our customers. What will you do? Book containers and check administrative and logistical data Maintain contact with forwarders and shipping lines Monitor schedules and shipment progress Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues Support the team with various administrative tasks Qualifications This is you With your proactive and customer-oriented attitude, you go the extra mile to serve the customer’s best interests. You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. In addition, you’re eager to learn and ambitious to further develop yourself.
