LOGISTICS – For an international logistics player in Kallo, we are looking for an Import Logistics Coordinator . You will support daily goods flows and combine operational follow-up with administration.

As Import Logistics Coordinator , you monitor import files and coordinate with customers, transport partners, and the warehouse team. You keep information up to date and ensure that involved parties can take timely action.

Your responsibilities

• You process and follow up on import settlements .
• You handle the customs follow-up of warehouse files .
• You monitor shipments and maintain contact with logistics partners .
• You manage and process data in Excel .
• You communicate with international clients , primarily in English.
• You work closely with the warehouse team .

• Experience in forwarding or logistics is a plus.
• A logistics education is a nice bonus.
• You communicate fluently in English ; additional languages ​​are an asset.
