Logistics Coordinator

Your role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you are continuously working on improving processes and increasing quality within the logistics organization. You analyze bottlenecks, implement improvements, and ensure that these yield lasting results.

In addition, you are an important link for the team: you coach colleagues in working with systems and processes and support operations during peak periods.

Your main duties:

• Identifying and implementing process improvements;
• Increasing inventory reliability (target: 99.5%);
• Coaching and training colleagues within logistics;
• Ensuring and standardizing working methods;
• Support the logistics operation where necessary.

What are you bringing?

• HBO working and thinking level;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma and ERP systems (preferably SAP);
• Experience with MS Office and BI tools;
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude;
• You work independently, communicate easily, and know how to successfully implement changes.
