Become part of CYTENA as a Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator (m/f/d) at our Freiburg location . In this position , initially limited to 12 months, you will make a significant contribution to the smooth management of our warehouse, shipping and material flow processes , thereby supporting the global supply of our innovative life science products .

Your tasks

• Handling of national and international goods receipts and dispatches , including the preparation of the necessary shipping, transport and customs documents.
• Coordination of transport service providers as well as monitoring and tracking of shipments
• Processing and booking of goods receipts, goods issues and stock movements in the ERP system (D365)
• Monitoring of delivery dates and communication of the shipping status to internal and external contacts
• Supporting inventory management and conducting inventories , cycle counts and stock checks to ensure high inventory accuracy .
• Analysis and clarification of inventory discrepancies , as well as participation in the continuous optimization of logistics processes .
• Organization and optimization of storage areas as well as ensuring order , cleanliness and compliance with the 5S standards.
• Ensuring the timely supply of materials to production and other departments
• Creation of logistics key performance indicators and reports to support operational decisions
• Close collaboration with the Supply Chain, Procurement, Production and Quality departments , as well as external logistics partners .

Your profile

• Completed training in logistics , warehousing, freight forwarding, supply chain management or a comparable qualification
• Prior practical experience in logistics , warehousing, materials management, production or supply chain management is advantageous .
• Experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 ( D365)
• Structured, reliable and meticulous work ethic
• Strong organizational skills and a pronounced awareness of quality
• Team orientation and good communication skills
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient use of common MS Office applications
