Your tasks

• Organization of national and international transport.
• Tendering and negotiation of freight services.
• Coordination of goods transfers between the different warehouses.
• Communication with customs authorities as well as the creation and management of export documents.
• Close collaboration with freight forwarders, warehouses, customer service and internal stakeholders.
• Recording and tracking of freight complaints.
• Continuous improvement of logistics processes and support of ERP-related logistics processes.

Our requirements

• Previous experience in international logistics and transport.
• Training in the field of logistics - preferably with further education or studies (desirable, not mandatory)
• Extensive experience in working with customs procedures, preferably with German customs.
• Experience in using ERP systems as well as fluent German and English skills.
• The ability to work independently, make decisions, and demonstrate organizational skills even under pressure.
