Your tasks will include:

• You professionally manage and coordinate the processes within the cost center.
• Furthermore, you are the contact person for all logistical matters.
• You organize efficient workflows and assign tasks to employees.
• Furthermore, you monitor and control the flow of materials.
• You analyze malfunctions and weaknesses and initiate appropriate improvement measures.
• You will also conduct training sessions, instruction, and shop floor meetings.
• You coordinate orders and delivery dates, manage them, and track them.
• In this role, you will clarify booking processes in the warehouse management system (WMS) and SAP, and make corrections to inventory discrepancies.
• You will handle complaints as well as internal and external clarification cases.
• Your responsibilities include ensuring smooth goods receipt, storage, and shipping preparation.
• Furthermore, you pack spare parts shipments professionally, including special packaging.

What we expect from you:

• You have completed vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), warehouse clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in the field of warehouse logistics.
• SAP user knowledge and experience in handling warehouse management systems are part of your profile.
• You possess German language skills at a negotiation-level fluency.
• You also have basic English skills, both spoken and written.
• A clean record and no criminal record are prerequisites for Air Cargo Security.
• You are distinguished by a strong understanding of processes and the ability to grasp logistical processes holistically.
• You bring a high level of commitment and a strong sense of responsibility.
