At our Kuppenheim location, we are responsible for the reliable management of warehousing and transport services and guarantee compliance with the highest quality standards. To ensure our processes remain efficient, economical, and customer-focused, we are looking to expand our team. Start immediately, on a permanent, full-time basis at our Kuppenheim location .

As Logistics Manager (m/f/d) you will assume operational and personnel responsibility for the areas of warehousing and transport.

YOUR TASKS WITH US

• Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and development of approximately 40 employees
• Organization, planning and control of daily operations in the areas of warehousing and transport
• Creation of shift, deployment and substitution plans to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Responsibility for the economical and efficient management of logistics processes
• Administration and organization of the vehicle fleet, including maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
• Ensuring optimal utilization of personnel, equipment and vehicle fleet
• Preparation of calculations, evaluations and analyses based on relevant key figures and customer requirements.
• Control and processing of logistics processes in various systems, e.g. SAP, StoreLution, FreightLution or FleetLution
• Responsibility for the proper documentation of goods receipts, goods issues and delivery receipts
• Coordination of internal transport as well as management of equipment and services
• Identification and implementation of optimization potentials for the continuous improvement of processes and cost structures
