Description

- Receive job assignments from Sales, customers, or internal departments requiring import services (both air and sea freight). - Create Job Orders in the Logman system to initiate the import process. - Coordinate among Sales, customers, shipping lines/airlines, and the Shipping team to prepare import documentation for both sea and air shipments. - Review and verify the accuracy of import documents such as BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, and other related forms in coordination with customers, Shipping, and overseas agents. - Contact shipping lines or co-loaders to process document entry when using Logman's freight services. - Arrange transportation for DDU/DDP/DAP shipments based on the POD provided by the trucking service provider. - Send draft import entries to overseas agents (for DDP terms) and issue Debit Notes for cost recovery. - Prepare disbursement documents for D/O collection in coordination with the Accounting team and assign a messenger to collect the D/O within the customer's required timeframe. - Issue invoices for initial D/O charges. - Prepare Debit Notes / Credit Notes and submit Proof of Delivery (POD) to overseas agents upon job completion. - Only candidates who meet the specified qualifications will be considered.
