Our Overseas Business team builds and manages partnerships with agent networks worldwide, providing end-to-end freight solutions for our clients. Role Overview As an Overseas Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with international freight forwarding agents and partners. You will identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and serve as the key point of contact for overseas agent partners across assigned trade lanes. Key Responsibilities Business Development Identify, prospect, and onboard new overseas agent partners across key trade lanes Develop and maintain a structured pipeline of international business opportunities Prepare and present freight rate cards, proposals, and service offerings to potential partners Negotiate competitive rates and service terms with overseas agents Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing agent partners globally Monitor cargo flows and volume performance across assigned trade lanes Respond promptly to agent inquiries, rate requests, and operational issues Conduct regular performance reviews and business updates with key partners Coordination & Operations Coordinate with internal operations and pricing teams to ensure competitive and accurate quotations Follow up on shipment status and ensure smooth cargo movement for agent partners Maintain accurate records of communications, bookings, and partner information in the CRM system Attend industry events, logistics exhibitions, and agent meetings as required Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field Experience 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or international trade (fresh graduates with strong drive are welcome) Familiarity with air freight, sea freight, or multimodal transport operations is a plus Experience dealing with overseas agents or international clients is an advantage Skills & Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build trust with international partners Self-motivated with a proactive sales mindset and goal-oriented attitude Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously Comfortable working with numbers — rate calculations, markup pricing, and performance tracking Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus What We Offer A dynamic and fast-growing overseas sales team with a clear career development path Exposure to global freight markets and international agent networks Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced freight professionals Competitive salary with performance-based incentives Opportunity to represent Logman at international logistics events and agent visits What Youll Get (Welfare & Benefits): 5-day work week + Flexible working style Birthday leave 10 Days Annual Leave 4 Days Bereavement Leave 5 Days Wedding Leave (Inclusive for all genders) Monthly Commission Housing Loan Support (GHB program) Medical Coverage (OPD, IPD) + Annual Health Check-up Virgin Active Wellness 10% Discount Fitness First Wellness 5% Discount Free tea and coffee (fuel your day!)
