Our Overseas Business team manages both export and import freight flows, working closely with international agent partners to deliver seamless end-to-end logistics solutions. Role Overview As a Sales Import Executive under the Overseas Business team, you will be responsible for driving inbound freight revenue into Thailand. You will work with overseas agent partners and direct importers to develop import business across all modes — air, sea, and multimodal — while coordinating closely with internal operations to ensure smooth cargo delivery. Key Responsibilities Import Sales & Business Development Develop and grow import freight business from overseas agent partners into Thailand Identify and approach direct importers as well as overseas origin agents for inbound cargo Prepare competitive import rate quotations for FCL, LCL, and air freight shipments Follow up on leads, quotations, and bookings to convert opportunities into confirmed cargo Agent & Customer Coordination Maintain strong relationships with overseas origin agents to secure consistent import volumes Act as the primary contact for import inquiries from agent partners and customers Provide proactive updates on shipment status, customs clearance, and delivery progress Handle complaints and service issues professionally and with a solution-focused mindset Operations & Documentation Support Coordinate with the import operations team on bookings, routing, and cargo tracking Ensure accuracy of import documentation including HBL, MBL, invoices, and packing lists Monitor import shipment milestones from origin departure through final delivery in Thailand Support customs clearance coordination with licensed brokers where required Reporting & Administration Maintain accurate records of import enquiries, bookings, and agent communications Track volume performance and revenue contribution by trade lane and agent partner Prepare regular sales activity reports for the Head of Overseas Business Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field Experience 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, import logistics, or international trade Hands-on experience with import documentation and customs procedures in Thailand is a plus Prior experience coordinating with overseas agents on import shipments is an advantage Skills & Competencies Strong understanding of import freight modes: FCL, LCL sea freight, and air import Good knowledge of Thai customs processes and import regulations Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with international partners Detail-oriented with strong follow-through on shipment tracking and documentation accuracy Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing multiple shipments simultaneously Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Good command of English (written and spoken); Thai fluency required What We Offer A growing import sales role within an established Overseas Business team Direct exposure to international freight agent networks across Asia, Europe, and beyond Structured on-the-job training covering import operations, documentation, and pricing Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives tied to import volume growth Clear career development pathway within Logman's Overseas Business division What Youll Get (Welfare & Benefits): 5-day work week + Flexible working style Birthday leave 10 Days Annual Leave 4 Days Bereavement Leave 5 Days Wedding Leave (Inclusive for all genders) Monthly Commission Housing Loan Support (GHB program) Medical Coverage (OPD, IPD) + Annual Health Check-up Virgin Active Wellness 10% Discount Fitness First Wellness 5% Discount Free tea and coffee (fuel your day!)
