About the role: Our London Market clients are undertaking a huge amount of change and transformation programmes across their entire enterprise, with a focus on front end underwriting and broking as well as operations and claims. We are delivering a large portfolio of work for our clients across these areas and have an exciting pipeline of opportunities. As a director in our team, you will play a pivotal role in initiating and overseeing major transformation initiatives across the London Market, Commercial Lines, and Broking segments. Your collaboration with colleagues in our consulting practice and other service lines, including Deals, Regulation, and Tax, will be crucial to fostering relationships and cultivating a sustainable long-term pipeline of opportunities. We are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial, high achieving and high potential individual to join our insurance consulting team and currently have an opportunity for a London Market Business Architect at Director Level, to join the team. What your day will look like: Structuring, architecting and leading significant delivery engagements across a portfolio of engagements in the London Market to meet our clients’ expectations, while understanding their future needs Managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring alignment with C-suite and key decision-makers, reporting to Partner Level. Strong focus on business development in the London Market with targets to manage Designing and proposing solutions to meet our client needs through formal and informal RFP processes. Managing and delivering large projects by developing/mentoring the project team, assessing Business Architecture options for our clients, managing engagement risks throughout Training, coaching, and supervising team members - in and outside of programme delivery You will be part of the leadership team that shapes the strategy and execution of our vision for our insurance sector Skills & Experience Profile You must have at least one, but ideally both, of: London market industry experience as an underwriter or broker; and/or Professional services experience at a senior level (Senior Manager or above) Proven ability to architect and lead significant business and technology transformation initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes Understanding of underwriting and broking technology architecture and applications Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships at a senior level Proven ability to position and sell programmes (either externally as an advisor or in an internal capacity) Proven ability to lead and mentor teams and individuals Desirable Skills: Professional qualification (e.g. CII, ChMC, ACA,). Direct experience in working with or supporting the implementation of leading London Market technologies (e.g. Guidewire, Salesforce) Understanding of relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks within the London Market and the broader insurance industry Strong track record of leading and influencing cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment across different service lines and departments to achieve comprehensive business objectives.
