Responsibilities

Our Retail Trade Support Manager is responsible for reviewing, planning, and co-ordinating customer and Brands activity to ensure the needs of the business and stores are met with a strong focus on right-first-time execution.
While proactively analysing and identifying commercial opportunity around Trade, Customer and Brands at New Look to support the delivery of agreed Retail KPIs.
Building strong communication, feedback and review processes between key stakeholders including; Digital, Brands, Marketing, E-com, Customer Planning, Analysis and Retail Build. Acting as a key link between central teams, brands, and stores.
